This website is operated by Senticut. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Senticut. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website.

Senticut is a UK-based business selling greeting cards and related stationery products online.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.


3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  • All products are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to correct errors or withdraw products at any time.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).
  • Prices include applicable taxes where required.
  • Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.


5. Order Acceptance & Contract

A contract between you and Senticut is formed once:

  • You receive an order confirmation email, and
  • Your payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases such as pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.


6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our control.

This does not affect your legal rights.


7. Customs & International Orders

For EU, US, and Canada orders, customs duties and import taxes are included in the shipping price. No additional charges should be payable on delivery.


8. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us at info@senticut.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Be returned within 14 days of notifying us

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


9. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos where applicable

We will offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.


10. Lost Orders

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund after completing the relevant courier investigation.


11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, and logos — is the property of Senticut and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.


12. Limitation of Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
