How much is postage?

For UK Orders less than £15:

  • £2.65 - Royal Mail 48 Tracked
  • £3.75 - Royal Mail 24 Tracked

For orders over £15:

We offer FREE Shipping within the UK

How fast is delivery?

You have the option to select Royal Mail 24 Tracked (1-2 days delivery) or Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2-3 days delivery)

Where do you ship from?

From London,UK within 1 - 2 business days

International Shipping

Shipping within the EU:

Royal Mail International Tracked - £11.5

Shipping to the US&Canada:

Royal Mail International Tracked - £13.5

Orders

We process all orders within 1-2 business days

  • You will receive a Royal Mail Tracking Number within the dispatch notification email.
  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked service, aims to deliver the next business day. However, this is not a guaranteed service and on rare occasions can take longer.
  • If you still haven't received your order in more than 5 days please contact us (including your order number) via info@senticut.com

Can I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel the order:

However, once the order has been processed and dispatched, we can no longer cancel the order.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We want to make sure you love what you buy!

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange, as long as the card is returned in its original condition and undamaged.

Please email via info@senticut.com before returning your item to receive the return address. Once we receive the returned product, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

How long will a refund take to process?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is confirmed defective or incorrect, we will cover replacement shipping.

Bespoke

Can you customise a card for me?

Our cards are pre-made designs, so we’re unable to accommodate customisations to the cover or 3D pop-up for one-off purchases.
